Return & Exchange Eligibility

Due to the custom nature of our products, we only offer returns or exchanges in cases of:

• Defects or Damage: If an item arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Incorrect Item: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, reach out within 7 days to initiate an exchange.

Return Process

1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@boredcreations.shop within 7 days of receiving your item, including your order number, photos of the product, and details of the issue.

2. Approval: Once approved, we’ll send instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

3. Shipping: For eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we sent an incorrect or defective item, we’ll cover return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed once we receive the returned item. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

All custom and personalized items are final sale unless they meet the above criteria for defects or incorrect orders.
