  • What is a "Ready to Ship"?
    A ready to ship or RTS is a product that is completed and ready to ship. These products come as shown. No customization is available, and they ship within 1-3 business days.
  • What is a "Made to Order"?
    A made to order or MTO is a product design that we have made in the past and was popular. These can be customized with a name or saying. Check often as the selection can change.
  • How do I care for my shirt?
    Please follow our guide below: Wash with like-colored clothing, INSIDE OUT. Wash in cold water, NO BLEACH. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry (your preference) Iron on medium, inside out (DO NOT IRON ON DESIGN). Do not dry clean.
  • What if my order arrives incorrect?
    Please take photos of any incorrect product(s) you received and reach out to us through our contact form. Be sure to attach the photos and include your order number. We’ll gladly either issue a refund or send a replacement (with a special promo included) based on your preference.
  • What's the cost of shipping?
    We currently only ship to all 50 states, including Puerto Rico! Local deliveries are $5! Shipping everywhere else will vary depending on the weight of your package. Please allow 1-5 business days for shipping. Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may not be available for at least 24 hours once shipped. *Shipping times do not include production time* Shipping prices vary depending on your location and quantity of items purchased. For bulk orders (30+) please use the contact form under the contact tab as shipping times will vary. Please note that BOreD.   • Do you offer any gift cards?
    Yes, we offer gift cards in various denominations. You can find them in our "Gift Cards" section on the website. They make the perfect present for anyone who loves custom products!
  • Can I order items in bulk?
    Yes! However, these orders must be placed well in advance. For any orders that require 20+ items, please use our contact form under the contact tab so we could discuss your request as well as processing times. Please note that we may be able to provide different colored shirts depending on when you may need them.
  • When will my order arrive?
    Your order will ship between 4-7 business days after you place your order. If you order during sale times and the holiday season (Nov-Jan) shipping will be from 7-12 business days. However, we will try our best to ship before these times. For bulk orders (20+) please use the contact form under the contact tab as processing and shipping times will vary. Once you’ve placed your order and it is processed, your order will be shipped from Virginia
  • What should I do if I can’t find the answer to my question?
    No problem! If you don’t see your question covered in our FAQ, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help and will get back to you as soon as possible!
  • Do you offer discounts or sales?
    Yes! We regularly offer promotions, including seasonal sales, discount codes, and special offers. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated on the latest deals.

  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number to the email address provided. You can use this number to check the status of your order at any time.
  • Can I customize my order?
    Yes! We specialize in custom products. Whether it's a design, color, or theme, we’ll work with you to make it perfect. If you're unsure, just reach out to us, and we’ll help you create something unique.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
