At BORED. CREATIONS, we take pride in creating high-quality custom products and ensuring your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing Time

Most orders are custom-made and require production before shipping.

Standard production time is typically 3–7 business days, depending on the product, order size, and current order volume.

Large, bulk, fundraiser, or specialty orders may require additional production time. If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Please note that production time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Methods

We ship throughout the United States using trusted shipping carriers, including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Available shipping options and rates will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

From time to time, BORED. CREATIONS may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the carrier.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

BORED. CREATIONS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or shipped.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, BORED. CREATIONS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Local Delivery & Pickup

Local delivery and pickup may be available for customers in select areas.

If available, these options will appear during checkout. You will be contacted to coordinate a convenient delivery or pickup time once your order is ready.

International Shipping

At this time, BORED. CREATIONS ships within the United States only. If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
