At BORED. CREATIONS, every order is made with care and many of our products are custom-made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please review our policy below before placing an order.

All custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom apparel

• Spirit wear

• Personalized gifts

• Memorial products

• Laser engraved items

• DTF and UV DTF transfers

• Sublimation products

• Business branding materials

• Fundraiser merchandise

• Any item made specifically to your requested design, size, color, or personalization

Please review your proof or order details carefully before approving production.

Orders may be changed or canceled only before production begins.

Once materials have been ordered or production has started, cancellations and changes cannot be guaranteed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will repair, replace, or remake the item at no additional cost.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will repair, replace, or remake the item at no additional cost.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

Size charts are provided whenever available. BORED. CREATIONS is not responsible for items ordered in the wrong size unless the incorrect size was sent by us.

Actual colors may vary slightly due to:

• Monitor and screen settings

• Printing methods

• Fabric or material differences

• Lighting during product photography

These minor variations are not considered defects.

Once your order has been shipped, BORED. CREATIONS is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Personalized products

• Custom-made merchandise

• Clearance or sale items

• Gift cards

• Digital downloads or digital designs

• Used, washed, or altered items

Refunds will only be issued when:

• BORED. CREATIONS is unable to fulfill your order.

• An order is canceled before production begins.

• A refund has been approved due to an error on our part.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
